Through cultivating relationships with influential parents nationwide and applying therapeutic expertise, Andrea supported teenagers in a residential facility and their families in addressing family and generational trauma that had manifested as extremely risky behaviors, including self-harm, addiction, runaway tendencies, anger issues, and school disengagement.
The Pheonix Recovery Center
Andrea aided adult women facing severe addictions in their pursuit of sobriety and community by employing tailored therapeutic methods and facilitating the development of supportive peer connections.

While at NBCG, skillfully managed a diverse caseload, which encompassed a wide range of clients with varying needs, backgrounds, and complexities. This required a keen ability to adapt and tailor therapeutic approaches to address the unique challenges presented by each individual or group, showcasing a remarkable capacity for versatility and inclusivity in client care
DeNovo
Andrea assisted clients struggling with heroin addiction, as well as individuals transitioning from the federal bureau of prisons in their journey toward achieving internal wholeness and well-being. Her support not only contributed to their sobriety but also played a crucial role in reducing the likelihood of reoffending.

Throughout her graduate school practicum, Andrea collaborated with volunteer clients, conducting sessions that were recorded and subsequently analyzed in conjunction with her supervisors, professors, and peers. This process served as a valuable feedback and improvement mechanism.

From the age of 18 through graduate school, Andrea committed her time to volunteering at the rape recovery center, where she actively engaged in responding to crisis calls, delivering compassionate support, and furnishing valuable resources to those in need.
